The Founder

The Founder, Mike Frazier, Was forged and shaped into a warrior and leader by being introduced to chaos at birth. Having a childhood that introduced him to abuse, neglect, and an alcoholic tornado that violently baptized him into the seemingly harsh world that he was walking into. Constantly moving and settling only in uncertainty, mike grew comfortable with change and adapted to each new environment.

As an adult his career in the Coast Guard doing Federal Law Enforcement, and the Army as a Blackhawk crew chief with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. Multiple combat deployments molded his leadership, and resilience. An injury would end his military career and would shortly find later that not properly managing emotions and life would take its toll on his mental health.

Mike would fall into depression, anxiety, and his life started to fall apart. Unknowingly destroying everything he loved with anger, resentment, isolation, and fear. Mike became familiar with what it meant to walk through the valley of the shadows of death, and contenplated suicide as an option to make life better. Relying on friends and loved ones he was able to avoid ending his life. Mike gave his life to God and accepted Jesus into his heart and found the “Night Stalkers Don’t Quit” motto engrained in his spirit.

This is where Noble Warrior was born. Going through that experience gave mike an understanding of what many veterans, first responders, and civilians are faced with. Sharing his experiences and shortcomings and using his unique skillset as a leader and real time resilience to help others get through their tough times. Breaking the chains of PTSD, anxiety, fear, and depression. Destroying the stigma that involves veterans and mental health. Crushing the cycle of another chaotic circumstance and proving that mindset will always prevail.
